Request for Proposals: Strategic Plan Consultancy
We seek a consultant or consultants to design and facilitate an inclusive, values-driven process that co-creates NEAR’s 2027–2029 Strategic Plan, building on existing pillars, synthesizing learning, and producing a bold, usable strategy that fosters strong ownership and guides NEAR’s work in a rapidly evolving aid ecosystem.
