We seek a finance consultant with strong operational, systems, and compliance expertise to support NEAR in strengthening its finance, procurement, and grant management functions during a critical growth phase. The consultant will work closely with the Finance Manager and Senior Director of Operations & Finance to map and improve processes, support daily finance operations, and prepare the organisation for potential system transitions.
